CBN grinding wheels

The grinding wheels are thin, precise and have a long service life.

The cutting area of a CBN grinding wheel features multiple chip evacuation structures. The two sides of each chip evacuation structure form a cutting edge. Multiple chip evacuation structures in the cutting area of the grinding wheel allow the coolant to flow rapidly, improving the cooling effect and extending the life of the grinding wheel.

Chips are concentrated in several chip removal structures, significantly improving the wheel’s cleaning ability, allowing the cutting element to rotate smoothly and cutting easily. Cutting speeds can be significantly improved by using a side edge of the cutting blade formed on both sides of each chip removal structure.
