Concrete Testing Equipment at ENDO-TECH

Concrete testing on construction sites can be performed using two approaches – invasive (destructive) and non-invasive (non-destructive) methods. These allow you to check concrete properties such as absorption, air content in the mix, permeability, frost resistance, and of course, compressive strength. During pouring, the concrete mix should be tested using samples. Once it has hardened, additional testing can be carried out.

How should concrete testing be performed?

Concrete testing procedures are defined by European standards, including:

  • PN-EN 12350-2:2019-07 – tests concrete consistency using the slump method,

  • PN-EN 12350-7:2019-08 – determines the air content in the concrete mix,

  • PN-EN 12350-8:2019-08 – provides guidelines for testing viscosity class.

Of course, there are many more types of concrete tests – even dozens. While the producer is responsible for conformity assessment before releasing the product to the market, the contractor is responsible for identity control during implementation.

This can be done by cooperating with an external testing company or by equipping the site with specialized tools to perform testing independently. Neglecting this responsibility can lead not only to legal disputes and claims on completed projects, but even to construction failures. You’ll find the right construction concrete testing equipment at ENDO-TECH.

What kind of concrete testing equipment will you find at ENDO-TECH?

We offer equipment for various concrete tests – including compressive strength, water absorption, and permeability. Our range includes shakers, concrete mixers, core drills, measuring tools, and scales. Each test method is defined by a specific standard, which outlines details on sampling, preparation, storage, testing, and result interpretation. Remember that at least two samples should be collected for testing. Permissible deviations for each property are also specified.

We encourage you to explore our full range and send us inquiries about concrete testing equipment available at construction sites!
