Product description

Cutting wheels

The cut-off wheels offered by us are of the highest quality. We offer a variety of solutions, tailored to the specific type of material that the user wants to cut. Cut-off wheels will prove themselves both in the processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. We have adapted our offer to the most individual needs, which is why our metal cutting discs can be used for various works.

Our S20 aluminum cutting discs are ideal for cutting all non-ferrous metals, including copper and alloys. The HRC30 metal cut-off wheels are suitable for machining soft ferrous metals, and the HRC50 metal cut-off wheels – for medium-hard metals. The hardest materials will cut the HRC60 cut-off wheels.

What are Cutting Wheels?

Our offered cutting wheels are high-quality products made from abrasive grains and a bonding material known as the binder. Their structure also contains pores—free spaces between adjacent grains—that allow coolant flow and chip removal during grinding. The gradual wear of the wheel in motion enables cutting or grinding of various material groups. These include ferrous metals containing elements like nickel, chromium, manganese, vanadium, or molybdenum, as well as non-ferrous metals that contain no iron. Endo-Tech’s offer is tailored to individual customer needs, so our metal cutting discs can be used for various tasks both indoors and outdoors.

Types of Metal Cutting Discs

There are many different types of metal cutting discs. They can be categorized based on the material they are made from, their shape, or intended use. Alumina abrasive wheels are produced from alumina grains created by melting aluminum oxide (Al2O3) in an electric furnace. Silicon carbide abrasive wheels, on the other hand, are made from silicon carbide, which is characterized by high hardness and good mechanical strength. At Endo-Tech, we offer both types of abrasive discs in various hardness grades, diameters, and arbor sizes. Our S20 aluminum cutting discs are ideal for use with all non-ferrous metals, including copper and alloys. HRC30 metal cutting discs are perfect for processing soft ferrous metals, while HRC50 discs suit medium-hard metals. For the hardest materials, we recommend our HRC60 steel cutting discs.

Steel Cutting Discs from Endo-Tech

Our online store’s assortment includes over 30 types of steel cutting discs, available in packs of 10 or 50 pieces. We stand out for the highest quality products at competitive prices.
