Our story began in the Tri-City, born out of a shared passion for technology and the need to solve real-world industrial challenges. We are graduates of the Gdańsk University of Technology: Paweł Buczma, with experience in the NDT industry since 2010, and Robert Wiśniewski, who joined this path five years later. In 2017, we decided to join forces and established Endo-Tech in its current form. We are constantly evolving – expanding our team, testing new solutions, and introducing new products, always with the goal of providing real value to our customers.
More than endoscopes
Initially, we focused on one thing: providing industrial video borescopes for the automotive, aerospace, foundry, and NDT industries. However, the market quickly showed that it needed more – more technology, more flexibility, and more real-world support. We rose to the challenge. Today, we supply not only technical endoscopes but also solutions for metallographic testing. From machinery and consumables to expert assistance in selecting the right materials for specific services. We also offer equipment rental as well as comprehensive technical and training support.
We operate throughout Poland.
Our headquarters is in Gdynia, but we operate across all of Poland—wherever technology meets quality. Our clients include the country’s largest industrial corporations such as VW, Mercedes, LG, Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, Toyota, and Orlen, as well as research laboratories and technical universities (including Gdańsk University of Technology, Warsaw University of Technology, and the Military University of Technology). We also work with smaller companies and sole proprietors—great people and experts who, like us, value quality and reliability. Despite the scale of our operations, we remain flexible and maintain a personal connection with every client.
