Product description
SemiPOL machines enable precise grinding and polishing of various materials (integrated circuits, semiconductor wafers, optical and optical fiber components, petrographic structures, precision metal parts, etc.) for microscopic analysis (SEM, FIB, TEM, etc.). Measurement accuracy reaches microns. These machines are primarily used for parallel grinding and polishing, quantitative thinning, continuous cutting, and other precision applications. A wide range of accessories and fixtures makes grinding and polishing complex and non-standard components easier and more convenient.
SemiPOL can monitor material removal in real time or preset the grinding amount for unattended operation. A servo motor can control the rotational speed and swing amplitude of the positioning head, improving surface flatness and finish during grinding and polishing.
