Product description
Hot mounting resins are made of special materials and special additives. The main function is to deposit irregular test specimens with hot mounting equipment to facilitate subsequent grinding and polishing.
The series of hot resins offered by our company match the domestic or foreign models of manual or automatic interlocks.
The product has a low curing temperature, typically 140-180 ° C, which helps to protect the samples.
After curing, the resin is firmly bound to the sample, thus avoiding various external disturbances.

What are the characteristics of hot mounting resins?
Hot mounting resins are products used in metallographic processes to prepare samples for further analysis. Under the influence of high temperature and pressure, these resins harden, providing a stable and damage-resistant material. They are often used in laboratories for precision material processing.
What makes phenolic resins unique?
Phenolic resins are a popular choice for hot mounting. Their high mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and low abrasion resistance make them ideal for these applications. Their excellent resistance to high temperatures makes them ideal for industrial and laboratory applications.
What are melamine resins?
Melamine resins, thanks to their hardness and scratch resistance, are excellent for hot mounting in processes requiring precise sample mounting. They are particularly resistant to high temperatures and offer high sample surface quality.
These are thermosets, meaning they cannot be replasticized once hardened. Their unique properties stem from the melamine polycondensation process, which creates hard and durable materials.
What are the characteristics of epoxy resins?
Epoxy resins are plastics characterized by exceptional mechanical, chemical, and adhesive properties. They are formed by the polymerization of compounds containing an epoxy group and are used in numerous industries. They are very hard and durable, making them ideal for applications requiring resistance to stress and mechanical damage. They have exceptionally good adhesion to various surfaces, including metals, glass, and plastics, making them ideal as adhesives and coatings.
What exactly is clear resin?
Clear resin is a type of synthetic resin that remains completely transparent after curing, making it ideal for applications requiring the visibility of embedded objects. It is most often epoxy, polyurethane, or acrylic resin, which is designed to remain colorless after curing. This type of resin is UV-resistant, preventing yellowing over time. Clear resin is also scratch-resistant. Furthermore, transparent resin has high clarity and optical stability.
What other resins do we offer?
Our offer also includes electrical wiring resin, which is used to encapsulate and protect wiring from moisture, chemicals, and mechanical damage. It has excellent insulating properties, ensuring the safety of electrical installations. We also sell a unique product: electrically conductive resin. It is suitable for applications requiring not only mechanical stability but also electrical conductivity. It is often used in electronics, manufacturing devices and components requiring specific conductive properties.
Cable resin is specially formulated to provide mechanical and chemical protection for electrical cables. It has sealing and insulating properties, and protects against external factors such as moisture, corrosion, and temperature changes.
